数年前からベジタリアン生活に移行した私。最近、都内ではベジタリアン・ヴィーガンフレンドリーなお店が増加しており、色々巡っているのですが、今回は都内に5店舗を展開、ヘルシージャンクフードを提唱する「2foods」へ行ってきたので、まとめてみようと思います。 2foodsとは 2foodsとは、「ヘルシーとジャンクの共存」をコンセプトにプラントベースドフードの開発を追求している会社。 例えばガトーショコラでは、卵やバターを使用することなく濃厚な味わいを実現したり、グルテンフリーなのに食べ応えのある麺を開発したりとフードテックの取り組みを多々行っているようです。 ヴィーガンガトーショコラは、公式オンラインショップでも大きく特集されていました！おいしそう・・・！ 店構えも、黒を基調としたスタイリッシュなデザインで「環境に良い」「健康に良い」イメージよりも「テクノロジー」「先進的」といったイメージをを前面に押し出している印象を受けました。 メディアでも紹介されていました！↓ 商品レビュー 2foodsでは、カレーやタコライス、丼、ヌードルといった主食系メニューから朝ごはんや軽食に嬉しいドーナツ、スイーツなど、多様なアイテムを展開しています。公式HPを見ると、モーニング・ランチ・スイーツなど時間帯によってお得なセットもあるよう。 これからも利用したいなあと思うので、色々食べ次第更新していこうと思います♪ まるでたまごなドーナツサンド 今回、15時過ぎ頃の昼食ということで、軽く食べられる「まるでたまごなドーナツサンド」をいただきました！ 2foods まるでたまごなドーナツサンド これ、ドーナツにスクランブルエッグが挟まれている！？と思いきやたまご不使用。たまごのように見える部分はかぼちゃや大豆から作られており、野菜由来の栄養素も含まれます。 …
